First of all, we have two yoga rooms. Upstairs, the "Hot Room" is that standard 105F that we have come to love for the hot yoga classes. Downstairs, the "Warm Room" is a bit cooler somewhere in the 80's. We offer yoga classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

This 60 minute class features shorter holds in more of a flow style. You’ll see all postures from the regular 90 minute class plus several more from the classic series of 84 postures. A little variety is good for the brain and the body. This class moves a little faster, but the instructor will do the moves with you. This class is also beginner friendly, give it shot.Our Restorative Yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, relax, and restore your body and mind. You'll move through a series of gentle, supported poses that will help you release tension and find deep relaxation.
If the “hot” room doesn’t ring your chimes, come try the same classes in the warm room. We get there are reasons why 105° might not work for you today, but I bet you can handle a class in the 80’s.
