This 60 minute class features shorter holds in more of a flow style. You’ll see all postures from the regular 90 minute class plus several more from the classic series of 84 postures. A little variety is good for the brain and the body. This class moves a little faster, but the instructor will do the moves with you. This class is also beginner friendly, give it shot.

If the “hot” room doesn’t ring your chimes, come try the same classes in the warm room. We get there are reasons why 105° might not work for you today, but we bet you can handle a class in the 80’s.
